Affiliate Program Summary:
- Application Review: All applications are reviewed based on alignment with our brand values, your online presence, and relevant experience. Approval or denial of applications is at our sole discretion.
- Commission Rate: You will earn a fixed commission on all qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link. The commission is based on the order value, excluding additional fees (taxes, shipping, etc.).
- Payment: Payments will be made monthly based on successful sales. Refunds or chargebacks may affect your earnings.

Contract Length: The initial contract period is 30 days. At the end of this term, both parties can negotiate an extension.
- Use of Content: Any promotional content you create as part of the affiliate program may be reused by Love Your Freckles for future marketing purposes.
- Confidentiality: You are required to keep any sensitive business information confidential during and after the contract period.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice. Immediate termination may occur in the case of a breach of these terms.
Upon approval of your application, we’ll provide a one-time code that you may use to purchase anything from our website at a discounted rate! Additional instructions will be available, if need, on how to access your affiliate dashboard and start promoting our products!
